Monday forecast

A cold front moved through the state Sunday with strong storms producing large hail, and damaging wind in eastern Arkansas.  Monday looks a lot better with a fresh batch off cool Autumn air and sunshine. We will have a few changes and a slight warming trend through the rest of the week before another front blows through Thursday.

Monday:  Mostly sunny and pleasant. High 78. Wind NW 5-10mph.

Weekend weather forecast

Friday marks the first day of Autumn with cool crisp fall readings expected in the state today with sunny skies.  The weekend looks mainly dry with sunshine both Saturday and Sunday. However and upper-level disturbance will bring a rain chance by late in the weekend.

Friday: Mostly sunny and pleasant. High 77. Wind NE 5-10mph.

Monday forecast

A cool front will move across Arkansas during the day with skies gradually clearing and temperatures remaining about where they should be this time of the year. A dry weather pattern is in store this week with another cool front by Thursday.

Monday:  Becoming partly cloudy and mild. High 81. Wind NW 5-10mph.
