BATESVILLE - University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville's Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Management and Student Services, Brian Berry was honored at the recent Arkansas College Personnel Association (ArCPA) and Arkansas Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (ArkACROA) conference held in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
 
Berry received the the Mossie J. Richmond, Jr. Outstanding Leadership Award during the awards banquet on October 6, 2011.  This award recognizes outstanding student affairs leaders from Arkansas who have made significant contributions to ArCPA. To be considered for this award, nominees must hold a position in professional organizations with an emphasis on ArCPA work and outstanding service to the association.

UACCB Chancellor, Debbie Frazier said "Mr. Berry demonstrates his leadership daily on the UACCB campus. He is a tremendous advocate for students and is constantly seeking ways to improve students' educational opportunities outside the classroom. Mr. Berry has been instrumental in developing the UACCB student government and strives to find student activities that bring fun and excitement to the campus."
